These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vercotech website and the website & app development, call center & BPO, and recruitment services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Vercotech ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using our website

You may browse this site and use the contact and job application forms for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false information through our forms, or using automated tools to scrape or spam the site.

3. Services & engagements

Specific project work — development builds, call center/BPO staffing, or recruitment placements — is governed by the separate scope, pricing, and terms agreed directly with you (by email, proposal, or contract) before work begins. These Terms cover use of the website itself; they don't replace a signed project agreement.

4. Job applications

If you apply for a role through our Careers pages, the information you submit (resume, contact details, and anything else you send) is used solely to evaluate your application and communicate with you about it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this website — text, design, logo, and branding — belongs to Vercotech unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
