About Vercotech

We got tired of watching clients manage three vendors for one problem.

Vercotech started as a small development shop. The more client work we took on, the more often we heard the same complaint: the web agency didn't talk to the support team, and neither of them talked to the recruiter. So we built all three under one roof.

How we got here

Built by people who were doing the work themselves.

Every service we offer exists because we needed it first. We were writing the code, so we understand what a good handoff to a support team looks like. We were staffing the support desk, so we know what a badly scoped job posting costs you three weeks later.

That's the difference between a company that sells you a service and one that's actually run the thing it's selling. We're the second kind.

What we hold ourselves to

Four things that don't change per project.

01

Ownership

If something breaks, you get the person who built it, not a ticket number and a queue.

02

Directness

We'll tell you when a request will cost more than it's worth, before you've paid for it.

03

Craft

Custom-built means someone actually thought about your case, not a template with your logo on it.

04

Speed with care

Fast doesn't have to mean sloppy. We move quickly on the parts that don't need to be slow.

Questions

Things people usually ask before reaching out.

Do you only take on large projects?

No. We scope to what the problem actually needs, not a minimum contract size. A lot of our work starts small — a single support hire, a scoped feature build — and grows once trust is established.

Can I hire you for just one of the three services?

Yes. Website/app development, call center & BPO, and recruitment are each standalone engagements. Most clients start with one and add another later once they see how we work.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer or agency?

A freelancer disappears when the contract ends. A typical agency hands you off to account managers who didn't build anything. Here, the person who scoped your project is reachable after launch — because we might also be staffing your support desk.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project ships?

Yes — it's part of why we exist. Maintenance, hosting support, and bug fixes are available as ongoing engagements, not a one-time handoff.

I want to apply for a job, not hire you — where do I go?

Head to our Careers page for open roles, or email us directly if you don't see a fit — we're growing across all three teams.
