Technical Recruiter

Help us do recruitment the way we think it should be done — understanding what a role actually needs, not just matching keywords on a resume.

What you’ll do:

• Source and screen candidates for technical and support roles, for clients and internally
• Work with hiring teams to scope roles accurately before sourcing starts
• Own the process end-to-end: sourcing through offer

What we’re looking for:

• Experience recruiting for technical or BPO/support roles
• Comfortable pushing back on a vague job spec
• Organized enough to run multiple pipelines at once
