Sr. CAD Designer

We’re looking for a senior CAD designer to take ownership of BIW (Body-in-White) design work for passenger vehicle sub-systems, from first concept through production-release drawings.

What you’ll do:

• Design automotive BIW parts and sub-systems in CATIA V5, managed through Enovia PLM
• Build detailed 3D models and production-release drawings against OEM design requirements
• Run manufacturing-feasibility reviews and flag design risks before they become production problems
• Lead or support DFMEA sessions for safety-critical analysis
• Present designs in cross-functional reviews and track open issues through to sign-off

What we’re looking for:

• 4-7 years designing automotive parts in CATIA V5 / Enovia
• Comfortable owning a design end-to-end, including the reviews and approvals that come with it
• Solid grounding in sheet-metal / BIW design constraints for passenger vehicles
