We’re looking for an Assistant Developer to help us build and look after WordPress websites for our clients. You’ll work with a supportive dev team, learn as you go, and see your work go live.

What you’ll do

• Build and update WordPress websites using themes and plugins
• Make small custom changes with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Make sure sites look good on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Fix bugs and help clients when something isn’t working
• Test sites before they go live
• Keep existing websites running smoothly after launch
• Talk with clients and teammates to understand what’s needed
• Ask questions and share ideas when something isn’t clear

What we’re looking for

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Some experience with WordPress (personal projects and internships count)
• A basic idea of how MySQL databases work
• Curiosity and a habit of asking questions instead of guessing
• Clear, friendly communication
• Willingness to finish what you start and learn from feedback
